Splash is a campus wide event in which each fraternity
selects one member of their house to compete in various competitions.
This includes t-shirt sales, fundraising, Mr. Beautiful eyes,
a pool day, and a skit day.
Anchorman
Themed Dinners: There are three dinners that take
place once a week prior to Anchor Splash Week. These are designed
for us to get to know our Anchormen and for them to get to
know to us and our philanthropy little better! We have had
themes such as DG pride, Are You Man Enough?, County, and
Old School. The Anchormen come all decked out and ready to
answer impromptu questions based on the theme for that dinner.
Mr. Beautiful Eyes Competition:
This is another fundraiser, along with T-shirt sales. This
will run the week of Anchor Splash. DG’s will sit on
Klikcitat and 17th and collect votes in the form of change/money
for the picture of your fraternity’s “Mr. Beautiful
Eyes.” In the past, Anchormen have held their own fundraisers
in order to raise money to put in their Mr. Beautiful Eyes
change fund. Fundraisers include car washes, spaghetti feeds,
ice cream socials, etc. Contact us for more ideas.
T-shirts: T-shirts are sold
by the Anchormen and Delta Gammas. This is a huge portion
of the points the Anchormen can earn.

Sign-Competition:
At the beginning of Anchor Splash Week each fraternity makes
a large, creative sign that hangs on the front of their house.
This helps to build spirit for the event and promote Anchor
Splash.
Pool Day: Each Anchorman selects
a team to compete in a variety of fun events and relays. These
events consist of a belly-flop, cannon ball, synchronized
swimming competition. At the end teams compete for the best
time in a “save the mermaid” relay.
Skit Day: This is the
last chance for the Anchormen to off their house personalities
in a fun and entertaining skit, which ends in a flex-off.
This year skit day will be held in the Alpha Epsilon Pi Parking
lot on 21st street.
